Amazon is likely to provide a credit card to U.S. small-business customers, furthering its push to supply companies with everything out of reams of paper to factory components, according to people with knowledge of the situation.
The e-commerce giant was in discussions with banks such as JPMorgan Chase to some co-branded credit card to get small-business proprietors who store on its site, said the people, who asked to not be named discussing private negotiations.
