Amazon Will be big winner if Net tax Legislation Abiding: Anti-tax crusader Grover Norquist

If the U.S. Supreme Court makes the decision to let states collect sales tax on overseas retailers, it could harm small company to the advantage of big companies, such as Amazon, anti-tax crusader Grover Norquist told CNBC on Tuesday.

The justices heard arguments on the issue Tuesday. South Dakota is asking the court to create a 1992 Supreme Court precedent that says can’t require retailers to collect sales taxes unless the businesses have a physical presence in the state.
