Nasdaq posts longest winning streak since October since Amazon hits record high

The Nasdaq Composite increased slightly on Thursday, lifted by gains in Amazon and Apple, to elite its greatest winning streak in nearly a year.

The tech-heavy index gained 0.04% to close 7,891.78 since Amazon climbed 0.6 percent to a all-time high while Apple jumped 0.8 percent.
